I am pleased to introduce myself as the newest team member of Skilled Kids Occupational Therapy. I am available to offer individual art therapy at the West Vancouver site on Fridays to serve children and those who care for them. Visit their site

and fill out the contact form to book an appointment for Art Therapy.

Monday through Thursday, I work as a mobile clinic.

Offering online AND outdoor (in-person) sessions … options for park settings and home-visit sessions.

– No art experience necessary. Bring an interest in connecting to your creative self.

– I don’t interpret, assume, diagnose, or critique. You are the expert of your art.

– Because of changing COVID-19 protocols, you must supply your own art materials. We will chat about this when we book your appointment.

What to Expect:

Every art therapy session is unique, but there is a ritual of welcoming, art making and discussion and grounding. I welcome you into my space and check in with where you’re at. We discuss goals/issues/concerns, make art (art making can be guided or spontaneous) and then we reflect on it all.

It’s a process ….

and I suggest a minimum of 6 sessions to unlock your inherent ability to heal and transform.

I offer a free 30 min consultation as an opportunity for you to ask any questions that you have about art therapy, or about me as a therapist. Consultations are optional (not required). Please send me an email at if you are interested in a free consult.

60 minutes virtual session on the Zoom platform.

60 minutes visit at a park or at your home (provided there is space to abide by the current COVID-19 protocols).
